01 · Engagement

What this Audit is

The AI Operations Clarity Audit is a structured diagnostic of your current AI and automation stack. It gives an evidence-based picture of what exists, what is controlled, what is drifting, and what needs attention across eleven AIGOV dimensions.

03 · Excluded

What this does not include

  • No implementation, build work, configuration, or custom software development.
  • No ongoing monitoring, management, legal advice, compliance advice, or regulatory opinion.
  • No cybersecurity audit, penetration test, unlimited scope expansion, or guaranteed outcome.
  • Only disclosed workflows, tools, systems, and risks are inside audit scope.

04 · Process

How the Audit works

  • Intake takes approximately 45–90 minutes depending on stack complexity.
  • AIGOV scoring is rule-based across eleven dimensions, not impressionistic.
  • Finding confidence is classified from evidence quality.
  • Human review and sign-off occur before report delivery.

05 · Timing

Clock and delivery

  • Starter Audit: 5 business days from complete, usable intake submission.
  • Deep Audit: 7–10 business days from complete, usable intake submission.
  • The clock starts when usable intake is received, not merely when payment is made.
  • Incomplete intake delays the start date, not the delivery timeframe.
  • Report delivered by email as a PDF with relevant supporting materials.

06 · Client Responsibility

Your responsibilities

  • Complete the intake fully and accurately based on the stack as it exists now.
  • Upload requested screenshots, workflow notes, configuration exports, or policy materials.
  • State the approximate date and current-state relevance of supporting files.
  • Respond to clarification requests within 2 business days.
  • Submitter must have direct knowledge and authority for AI/automation decisions.

07 · Confidentiality & Data

How information is handled

  • Intake responses, workflows, tools, business context, uploads, report, and findings are confidential.
  • No public client identification or engagement details without written permission.
  • Files are used only to produce audit findings and are not repurposed.
  • Data is stored for the engagement and 12 months after delivery, then deleted.
  • Only the assigned Alcoden analyst accesses intake data; no third-party sharing or AI training use.
  • Engagement data is processed and stored in the United States; deletion requests are processed within 5 business days.

08 · Payment

Payment, refund, and fees

  • Starter Audit is fixed at $2,500 USD. Deep Audit is fixed at $4,500 USD.
  • Full payment is required after sign-off and before assessment access or analysis begins.
  • Payment is collected through the secure online checkout in this service flow.
  • Refunds are available if requested before intake submission; no refund once analysis begins.
  • No hourly billing, no scope-change fees, and no surprise invoices.

09 · Limits

Liability and reliance

  • Alcoden liability is limited to the engagement fee paid.
  • Findings are based on disclosed intake evidence and may miss undisclosed or inaccurate details.
  • Implementation of recommendations is the client’s responsibility.
  • The Audit is an operational diagnostic, not a guarantee of system safety, legal compliance, regulatory conformance, or complete risk discovery.

10 · Agreement

Revisions, disputes, and acceptance

  • Factual correction requests must be raised within 10 business days of report delivery.
  • Accepted factual corrections are reviewed and corrected within 5 business days at no charge.
  • Disagreements with interpretation or recommendations are not revision grounds.
  • Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration.
  • By signing, the client accepts scope, payment, confidentiality, data handling, liability, and authority terms.
